Who we are.
The Bauer Kitchen is an energetic up-market 'bistro' set in a SoHo inspired, restored felt factory.  The industrial steel, concrete floors, reclaimed wood and custom lighting combine to create a uniquely warm backdrop for your dining experience.  Our Executive Chef Michael Hodgson has assembled a spectacular menu of classic items prepared with the highest quality and freshest ingredients.  An extensive ‘wine by the glass’ menu has been created by our sommelier to pair perfectly with each menu item.  We look forward to serving you soon.
